Terms of Sales & Service

  • Price: Above mentioned prices are exclusive of any taxes & duties. The same shall be applicable as per the
    tax structure prevailing at the time of supply.
  •  Payment Terms: 100% Advance along with PO
  •  Transportation: Included in price.
  •  Delivery: Supply of parts, installation, and testing shall be completed within 1-2 weeks from the date of
    PO or date of advance payment, whichever is later.
  •  Validity: Prices quoted vide this quotation are valid till 20.05.2023
  •  Scaffolding and Power supply at site to be provided by client

STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Scope: Watt Power Systems (“Contractor”) scope is restricted to supply of parts, installation, testing and
    commissioning of Equipment’s as per agreed scope, technical offer and specifications.
  2. Specifications: To align with the organizational continual improvement process, we will be at liberty to
    change the technical specifications or other parameters of design without prior notice.
  3. Storage and Goods Receipt: The Owner shall provide goods receipts within 48 hours of material delivery at
    designated stores or project sites, failing which it shall deem delivered and accepted.
  4. Duties & Taxes: Quoted price is exclusive of GST. GST at 18% is applicable on basic price.
    Any other taxes & duties and government levies are extra, these shall be payable extra at actual by the
    purchaser. Any change in taxes / duties due to statutory variation shall be to the purchaser’s account.
  5. Warranty: The equipment/ Products under our scope of supply are warranted against any defects due to
    bad material, faulty design or poor workmanship and such warranty is valid for a period of 6 months
    starting from the date of commissioning of instrument.
  6. Inspections: Any type of inspection by Government/third party/client is excluded from this offer, if it is
    required, then all the terms and conditions will be decided after mutual understanding. All the cost of this
    inspection will be given by the client.
  7. Order Cancellation: In view of the nature of the business, any order – once confirmed by the client – is not
    cancellable.
  8. Force Majeure: Watt Power Systems shall not be liable for any failure of or delay in the performance of
    this Agreement/proposal for the period that such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable
    control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes or labor disputes, embargoes, government
    orders or any other force majeure event.

The above terms and conditions form integral part of our complete offer together with technical and price parts.
Our offer should be treated complete integrating with all the parts.
